1.   Copyright: All images and videos produced by HD Creative Innovations remain the property of HD Creative Innovations. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images and videos for promotional purposes.

2.   Use of Images by HD Creative Innovations: HD Creative Innovations reserves the right to use any image or video produced for marketing and promotional purposes of the company. This may include, but is not limited to, portfolios, social networks, advertising, and any other promotional media.

3.   Use of Images by the Client: Images and videos provided may not be sold or transferred to third parties without prior written consent from HD Creative Innovations. Any misuse will result in legal action.

4.   Delivery and Format: Images and videos will be delivered in digital formats, through means previously agreed upon with the client.

5.   Revisions: Two minor revisions will be allowed at no additional cost. Any additional revision will have a cost, which will be specified based on the nature of the requested change.
